End Procrastination: A one and a half hour workshop on the causes of procrastination and strategies for solving it. You will walk away with a learning journal filled with tips, a self-diagnosis on what is holding you back, and a new support community of other class members. You will also get started on whatever task you’ve been putting off, even if I have to forcibly put your pen to paper.
Coaching: I offer private coaching sessions on productivity and leadership either by phone or in person. We will get to the root of whatever challenges you face, create specific action steps, and follow up on your actions to create improved results.
The standard price for coaching is around $100/hour. As I am still building up my business outside of JetBlue, my 2012 rate is $50/hour.
